What are your office hours?

M-F 8:30-5:00 pm Est. We are closed weekends and holidays

Who can buy?

Wholesale only which includes, retailers, distributors, manufacturers, crafters, non profits, religious organizations and schools.

What are your privacy policies?

We are commited to protecting your privacy.  We use the information we collect on the site to make ordering possible and enhance your experience. We do not sell or distribute any of your personal information.

How secure is ordering on your website?

We want your online ordering to be worry-free, so we use SSL (Secure Socket Layers)*, the industry standard encryption standard for online purchase. All of your personal information, including your credit card number, is encrypted by SSL while you are placing the order. 

SSL encrypts your order information to avoid the decoding of that information by anyone other than Worth Imports. To check the security of your connection, look at the URL address bar of your browser window when you begin to checkout. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending on your browser), then SSL is active. When accessing a secure server, the first characters of the site address will change from "http" to "https".

How do you ship?

We ship UPS or if the order is large enough by LTL which will save you money. If you have a Fedex account number we can ship Fedex

How fast do you ship?

We usually ship within 1 or 2 days. From mid August to mid September we get backed up, and it might take a little longer, but if you are in a rush let us know and we will accommodate you. We know that the weekend is when you typically do a lot of your business so we make every effort to get you your reorders in time for the weekend.

How much do you charge for shipping?

Shipping expense is based on either weight or dimensions and where it is going. We generally do not know the cost until the shipment is prepared. You can can contact us for a quote.

What is your return policy?

If a product is damaged you must notify us within 7 days and we will send you a UPS Return Sticker

Do you have a minimum order?

Our minimum order is $100, but there is no minimum for reorders. If your re order is small you can call us or email us.

When do your catalogs come out?

Our Fall/Christmas catalog comes out in March and our spring catalog comes out in December

If I place my order early when is the ship date?

You can choose the ship date. Let us know. For Fall & Christmas new items arrive in our warehouse in June/July and August. For spring, product arrives in January. There are some items we never run out of.
